The research conducted aims to determine the application of liquid organic fertilizer of maja fruit on the growth of calina papaya seedlings. This research was conducted at the Research Field Agrotech Training Center (03°.22.236' N dan 104°.64.742' E) of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from September to November 2024. This study used Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 7 treatments and 4 blocks, each experimental unit was taken 3 sample plants. The treatments in this research consisted of; P0 = 300 ml water without organic fertilizer of maja fruit, P1 = 5 ml organic fertilizer of maja fruit + 300 ml water, P2 = 10 ml organic fertilizer of maja fruit + 300 ml water, P3 = 15 ml organic fertilizer of maja fruit + 300 ml water, P4 = 20 ml organic fertilizer of maja fruit + 300 ml water, P5 = 25 ml organic fertilizer of maja fruit + 300 ml water, P6 = 30 ml organic fertilizer of maja fruit + 300 ml water. Each treatment was supplemented with NPK fertilizer at a dose of 2 g except for P0 with a dose of 5 g NPK. The observed variables were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, leaf greenness, leaf wet weight, stem wet weight, root wet weight, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, and root dry weight. Data obtained from observations and measurements were analyzed with Variety Analysis of Variance (Anova). The data that have a significant effect will be analyzed with Least Significant Difference (LSD). The results showed that the treatment with 20 ml of maja fruit liquid organic fertilizer + 300 ml of water has the best effect in increasing the growth of calina papaya seedlings compared to other treatments, which was determined from the variables of leaf greenness, stem wet weight, root wet weight, and stem dry weight which had a real effect and a very real effect on the variables of leaf wet weight, leaf dry weight and root dry weight, while in plant height, number of leaves and stem diameter had no real effect.
