This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effectiveness of mycorrhiza as a supporting organism for the growth and development of papaya seedlings. This research was conducted at the Research Field (03°.22.236' N and 104°.64.742' E) Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from September to November 2024. The research method used was the Randomized Group Design (RAK) method with 7 treatments and 4 replications each experimental unit consisted of 5 plants and 3 sample plants were taken. Where 1 treatment without mycorrhiza concentration (P0) and 6 treatments of mycorrhiza concentration consisting of 2.5 g mycorrhiza (P1), 5 g mycorrhiza (P2), 7.5 g mycorrhiza (P3), 10 g mycorrhiza (P4), 12.5 g mycorrhiza (P5), and 15 gmycorrhiza (P6). Each treatment with mycorrhiza added 50 grams of NPK fertilizer and treatment without mycorrhiza added 5 grams of NPK fertilizer. The observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, SPAD, stem diameter, root length, leaf fresh weight, stem fresh weight, root fresh weight, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, and root dry weight. The data obtained were then analyzed using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method. If F count is real or very real, it is continued with the Least Significant Difference (BNT) test. The results showed that the 15 gram mycorrhiza treatment produced the best growth response in bangkok papaya growth compared to other treatments. Judging from the variables of plant height and number of leaves that have a very real effect, and the variable root length has a real effect. While the variables of SPAD, stem diameter, leaf wet weight, stem wet weight, root wet weight and leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, root dry weight had no significant effect.
