This study aims to evaluate the effect of different doses of Mono Potassium Phosphate fertilizer on the growth of Papaya Seedlings Variety Merah Delima (Carica papaya L.). This research was conducted at the Research Field (03°.22.236' N and 104°.64.742' E) Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University from September to November 2024. The research method used is the Randomized Group Design (RAK) method with 7 treatments and 4 replications (blocks), each experimental unit consists of 5 plants and each experimental unit is taken 3 sample plants consisting of control treatment / without MKP fertilizer (P0), 3 g / L of water (P1), 5 g / L of water (P2), 7 g / L of water (P3), 9 g / L of water (P4), 11 g / L of water (P5) and 13 g / L of water (P6). Additionaly, 4 g of urea fertilizer was applied to each treatment. The observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, leaf greenness, stem diameter, root length, leaf fresh weight, stem fresh weight, root fresh weight, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight, and root dry weight. The data obtained were then analyzed using the analysis of variance (ANOVA) method and for real and very real data, further tests were carried out with the Least Significant Difference (BNT). The results showed that the provision of various doses of Mono Potassium Phosphate (MKP) fertilizer was significantly different on the variables of plant height and number of leaves of papaya seedlings of variety merah delima. There was no significant effect on other variables such as leaf greenness, stem diameter, root length, plant fresh weight, and plant dry weight. The dose Mono Potassium Phosphate that produces the best growth in the variable number of leaves, stem diameter, and root length was 5 g/L of water.
