This study aims to analyze the effect of local revenue, balance funds, and human development index on economic growth in eastern Indonesia (KTI). This study uses secondary data analyzed by panel data regression method. The results of the study with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach analysis model show that local own-source revenues, balancing funds and the human development index have a positive and significant influence on economic growth in eastern Indonesia (KTI) in 2014-2023. These findings indicate that increasing regional fiscal capacity and human development plays an important role in encouraging economic growth.
