As the second largest city on the island of Sumatra, Palembang became the main reference as a place of establishment in Industry field and institutions including government agencies up to educational institutions. As one of the Central cities in the field in South Sumatra. Palembang is also required to have a good educational elements which can be seen from the quality of the universities. One of the universities that are developing in Palembang is IAIN Raden Fatah which becomes one of a quite popular State college. The construction of Campus B jakabaring is an effort to develop UIN Raden Fatah into a university with the addition of new study programs and facilities to represent a broader scientific study in order to strengthen the status of UIN Raden Fatah as a full board university, and to increase its contribution role in the development of human resources. One ofthe buUdings that will be established on Campus B is the building of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. The building of the Faculty itself is planning to use High Learning theme in Islam, which is the highest achievement to get a balanced education between rationality or way ofthinking about world with education that leads t o the life ofthe hereafter (ukhrawi).
