Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis uses prerequisite tests, namely the normality and linearity tests of simple regression; and hypothesis testing includes product moment correlation, coefficient of determination, and t-test. The results showed that the e-commerce usage data obtained was categorized as high with a percentage of 80% and the consumptive behavior data obtained was categorized as moderate with a percentage of 73%. Data analysis using the t test shows that the tcount is greater than the t table or 6.15 ≥ 1.66, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, and it can be concluded that there is an effect of the use of E-commerce on the consumptive behavior of students in the 2021 batch of Economic Education, Sriwijaya University.
