The Informatics Management Study Program currently does not have an integrated system for managing accreditation documents. Until now, data management has been carried out manually, making the process of searching for and storing documents less effective and efficient. To address this issue, the author developed a web-based accreditation document management system by leveraging information technology. The system was developed using the prototype method and designed with an interactive interface that is easily accessible via the web. Test results show that the system significantly improves the efficiency of document search and storage processes, thereby supporting the overall effectiveness of the accreditation process in the study program.
