STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN NUMEROUNO FITNESS PALEMBANG DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN
Customer loyalty is the key to a company's success. This is a challenge for every company, especially in the fitness sector, to retain customers. This study aims to see how Numerouno fitness's marketing communication strategy maintains customer loyalty. This study used a qualitative research method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies. This study uses the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) Theory according to Terence A. Shimp. The results of the study explain the communication strategy carried out by Numerouno in maintaining customer loyalty, namely Numerouno focuses on customer needs and communication through Personal Trainers and personal selling marketing, promotions and advertising. The impact of strategy is proven by the increase in customers who have characteristics of loytalty. The study will be usefeul for understanding the company strategy to maintain customer loyalty.
