The quality of human resources is the ability to carry out the duties and responsibilities given to them by adequate education, training and experience. Achieving quality human resources is certainly the desire of every agency. The Central Bureau of Statistics of Magetan Regency is no exception. The quality of human resources is seen from the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees. Data sources in this study were obtained from the results of primary data and secondary data. To be able to find out how the Quality, as well as what factors affect the Quality of Human Resources at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Magetan Regency, East Java Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with a case study approach to explore in depth the quality of human resources. Data analysis techniques using the Miles Huberman interactive analysis model include data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The overall research results show that the Quality of Human Resources at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Magetan Regency, East Java Province shows good development and has reached the basic target for quality human resources. However, to achieve optimal performance, improvements are still needed in the application of knowledge and skills, as well as the deepening of relevant technology.
