The quality performance of the SAKIP and ZI team is very important for the Magetan Regency Statistical Center.is very important for the Magetan Regency Statistics Agency as it directly affects data accuracy and effective information-based decision-making. The good performance of these two teams not only ensures reliable reports, but also supports good governance and increases public trust. as well as mincreasing public trust. However, there are several inhibiting factors, including the suboptimal role of the team, low employee awareness and commitment, and lack of understanding of SAKIP and ZI. Limitations of resources, as well as challenges in achieving the WBK (Corruption-Free Area) and WBBM (Clean Bureaucratic Area Serving) predicates are also obstacles. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation studies with purposive sampling for respondent selection. documentation with purposive sampling for respondent selection. The data analysis technique follows the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the performance of the SAKIP and ZI team in 2023 was still low and needed to be improved. The qualitative and quantitative dimensions show unsatisfactory results, while cooperation between team members needs to be improved. Time management that has not been optimized hinders the achievement of the goals that have been set. set. Recommendations for the coming year include improving the quality of data, optimizing time management, and improving the quality of data.
