The Water Hyacinth Craft Program is one of the initiatives of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang through the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program which aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Healthy and Prosperous Program as an effort to improve the welfare of the Kampung Aer community at PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. This program empowers the community by processing water hyacinth into craft products that have economic value. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Water Hyacinth Craft Program in improving the welfare of the Kampung Aer community. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of business actors and related stakeholders. The results of the study showed that this program was quite effective even though there were obstacles in the water hyacinth craft program due to many inhibiting factors such as, in the dimension of the program's objectives, the distribution reach was not yet wide, Pusri gave a sales target but there was no distribution so that the sales revenue did not reach the target, in the dimension of program socialization, there were lack of facilities and infrastructure, the facilities, namely the leader's tools, were only 2 and even then from 2022 they were rusty, the drying machine tool did not exist, that was also an inhibiting factor because in the manufacture of products, water hyacinth waste was dried, and this stage still used manually, namely the sun. Infrastructure facilities such as this product warehouse do not yet have a warehouse so this product is still placed in people's homes. In the dimension of program monitoring, there was a lack of supervision from the organizers of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang.
