Victims of sexual violence tend to feel afraid to voice their cases directly to people around them, so they choose to use anonymous accounts mention confess as a medium to bridge the communication of such cases. This study aims to examine the role of anonymous accounts mention confess as a medium for voicing sexual violence cases through the Expectancy Value Theory by Phillip Palmgreen. The study uses a qualitative method with data collection through in-depth interviews, documentation, and observation of sexual violence victims who have voiced their cases on an anonymous account. The findings of this study show that anonymous accounts mention confess have a weakness in identity security. Furthermore, these accounts were not specifically created to voice sexual violence cases. However, the advantage of menfess on the social media platform X is that it can quickly disseminate information. It can be concluded that users will have high confidence in selecting a media platform, and the satisfaction they seek will be determined by their attitude towards the media. Therefore, when users are confident in choosing the media and have reached satisfaction, their evaluation of the media can be determined.
