EVALUASI LAYANAN INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SIMRS RSUD PALEMBANG BARI DENGAN PENDEKATAN MATURITY LEVEL SELF-ASSESSMENT ITIL V3
The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a critical component of hospital services. However, its implementation often encounters incidents that disrupt operations. This study aims to evaluate the incident management service of SIMRS at RSUD Palembang BARI using the ITIL v3 Maturity Level Self-Assessment approach. Data collection methods included literature studies, observation, interviews, and questionnaires conducted with the Head of the IT Installation. The evaluation results show that SIMRS reached level 4 (Management Information), indicating that the incident management process is well-defined and supported by management-level information. However, the system did not meet level 4.5 (External Integration) and level 5 (Customer Interface), highlighting a lack of external collaboration and limited customer feedback utilization. This study provides an overview of the incident management capability and serves as a basis for future improvements.
