STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI PERSUASIF DRIVER OJEK KAMPUS KUY-JEK DALAM MENARIK MINAT PELANGGAN DI LINGKUNGAN UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA INDRALAYA
This study aims to analyze the persuasive communication strategies used by motorcycle taxi drivers on the Kuy Jek campus in attracting customer interest in the Sriwijaya Indralaya University Campus. Given the high level of mobility of students and campus staff, motorcycle taxi transportation is a practical and efficient option. A persuasive communication strategy is key in building a good relationship with customers and increasing satisfaction and loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods on several Kuy Jek drivers and customers who often use the service. The results of the study show that Kuy Jek drivers apply several persuasive communication techniques, such as a personal approach, the use of friendly and communicative language, as well as providing discounts and promos to attract new customers. In addition, the trust built between drivers and customers also plays an important role in creating long-term relationships. This research is expected to provide insight for campus motorcycle taxi service managers in designing more effective communication strategies to increase customer attraction and satisfaction.
