PENGARUH REWARD, PENGAWASAN, PEMBERDAYAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PEMANEN DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (STUDI PT SUMBER MUSI SEJAHTERA) DI PALEMBANG
This study aimed to analyze the influence of reward, supervision, and empowerment on employee performance with work engagement as a mediating variable at PT Sumber Musi Sejahtera Palembang. The research method used a causal quantitative approach with an explanatory format. Data were collected using a questionnaire from a sample of 140 respondents, specifically the harvesting employees at PT Sumber Musi Sejahtera Palembang. The analysis technique utilized Structural Equation Modeling with the assistance of SMartPLS software. The results indicated that reward, supervision, and empowerment positively influenced both work engagement and employee performance. Additionally, work engagement functioned as a mediator in the relationship between reward, supervision, and empowerment on employee performance. The implications of this research indicated that company management strengthened the reward system, supervision, and empowerment, which improved overall employee performance through increased work engagement.
