PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DIREKTIF DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN KANTOR CABANG PALEMBANG
This study aims to analyze the effect of directive leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang Branch Office. The research employed a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling, involving 41 employee respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that the directive leadership style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Palembang Branch Office. Similarly, the work motivation variable (X2) also has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) at the same institution.
