Wali Songo Islam ic Boarding Schuol as one of ihe facilities oj Islumic Education i n Musi Rawas dislrict, has a strategic location which is elose t o the community and has an ASRI environment. Location is in the area of dgriculture and fisheries, making Islamic boarding schuols have a great opporlunily to develop food independence. Pondok pesantren which is a facility to teach Islamic education there are some discrepancies in the practice of education one of them is formal education in boarding school is still combined between siudents and santriwati in one class. In addiiion, the ulilization of natural resources has not terakomodir well, whereas Natural resources owned pondok pesantren is one aspecl to realize food self-sufficiency within the boarding school environment. So, answer the esisting problems then in the collage there needs to be u elear di vision between santri wan and santriwati, the concept of shaf can be used. In addition, because of the polential that is owned by boarding school, the concept offood self-belt bel t can be an alternative i n oplimizing the natural resources owned boarding school pesantren wali songo.
