This study examines the implementation of the Regional Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPD) of Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency based on the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 86 of 2017. The main focus of this study is to examine the level of compliance of implementers, the effectiveness of coordination between Regional Government Organizations (OPDs), and the involvement of actors in the implementation of regional development policies. This study uses a qualitative approach using interview, observation, and document analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the RPJPD has not been optimal, which is characterized by weak coordination between OPDs, an unclear implementation hierarchy, and the difficulty of aligning annual programs with long-term targets. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to increase stakeholder synergy, build a more effective monitoring system, and adopt data-based policies to support sustainable development planning.
