This study examines the implementation performance of the Jela Nian Innovation Program (Jemput Bola Ibu Hamil Periksa ANC) at the Simpang Timbangan Community Health Center, Indralaya Utara District, based on Minister of Health Regulation No. 6 of 2024. The primary focus of this study is to analyze the dimensions of policy output and policy outcome in the program's implementation to assess its effectiveness and impact on pregnant women in the area. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach. Data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with program innovators, village midwives, posyandu cadres, village heads, and pregnant women as program beneficiaries. Data analysis is conducted data collection, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings showed that the implementation performance of the Jela Nian Innovation Program at the Simpang Timbangan Community Health Center had been effective in improving access to and the quality of maternal health services and contributed to increasing the coverage of antenatal care (ANC) examinations. Additionally, the program successfully prevented maternal and infant mortality cases. However, several challenges still need to be addressed, including a lack of socialization, inaccurate data collection, limited healthcare personnel, and BPJS ownership requirements.
