This study examines the implementation of the Health Operational Assistance (BOK) Program policy in South Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2024. The BOK program aims to improve access and quality of health services in health centers through government-funded operational support. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to analyze the extent of policy implementation and identify challenges faced in its implementation. The results of the study indicate that policy implementation faces several challenges, including limited human resources and budget, lack of coordination between institutions, and difficulties in integrating health information systems. In addition, the characteristics of the implementing organization and socio-economic conditions also affect the success of this policy. By understanding the factors that influence the implementation of the BOK program. This research is expected to be used as evaluation material for local governments in improving the implementation of the Health Operational Assistance program.
