The undergraduate thesis entitled "Company Responsibility and Legal Remedies For Workers Due To Not Fulfilling Minimum Wages Under Labor Law". This research is motivated by the many cases of company arbitrariness in providing wages that are detrimental to workers or laborers, especially providing wages below the minimum wage, for example the case that occurred at PT Rakuda Furniture. Therefore, companies must fulfill the normative rights of workers/laborers, one of which is the right to a decent wage for workers. The research objectives in this thesis are: (1). To know and explain the company's responsibility for not fulfilling the provision of minimum wages for workers/laborers, (2). To know and explain the efforts that can be made by workers/laborers against companies that provide wages below the minimum wage. This research method uses normative legal research with a statutory and case approach. The discussion of this thesis are: (1). Company responsibility for not fulfilling the provision of minimum wages for workers or laborers in the form of administrative sanctions, civil sanctions and criminal sanctions, (2). Legal remedies for workers/laborers due to non-fulfillment of minimum wages. If the right is not fulfilled, there will be a dispute between workers/laborers and employers, then the efforts that can be made by workers or laborers are through bipartite negotiations, tripartite negotiations, conciliation, arbitration, mediation, and through the Industrial Relations Court so that in the end the company can carry out its responsibilities and workers can get their rights in receiving minimum wages.
