This research aims to determine the effect of audio-visual media on knowledge of 4 healthy 5 perfect at the age of 5-6 years. The research method used in this research is the Pre-Experimental method with a One Group Pretest and Posttest Design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This research was conducted on class B2 children at TK IT Izzuddin Palembang with a sample size of 15 children. In this study, researchers carried out several stages, namely a pretest to see the initial conditions regarding the knowledge of 4 healthy 5 perfect early childhood. Next, the researcher gave a treatment (treatmeant) using audio-visual media, carried out 5 treatments and finally a posttest to find out whether there was an increase in the knowledge of 4 healthy 5 perfect early childhood. The data analysis technique used in this research is the normality test and t-test. The data collection techniques used are tests, documentation and checklists. It has been proven that there is a positive influence from the use of audio-visual media on the 4 healthy 5 perfect knowledge of early childhood.
