ANALISIS PENERIMAAN DAN PENGGUNAAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH AHMAD RIPIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE UTAUT
This study aims to analyze factors that affected the Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior of hospital employees who use SIMRS at work using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This research was conducted at Ahmad Ripin Hospital, Muaro Jambi Regency, some employees still cannot use SIMRS because they have difficulty operating SIMRS. This article aims to find out how the acceptance the use of SIMRS among hospital employees. The research method uses a quantitative approach with probability sampling technique. The amount of data is 143 respondents collected by survey using a questionnaire. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the instrument and research model and then evaluate the research hypothesis. Based on the results obtained, hypothesis testing shows that the Effort Expectation variable does not have a positive effect on employees' Behavioral Intention, then the Performance Expectation and Social Influence variables have a positive effects on employees' Behavioral Intention, then the Facilitating Conditions and Behavioral Intention variables have a positive effects on employees' Use Behavior variables.
