Introduction: Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a type of hemorrhagic stroke that accounts for 10-15% of all stroke cases in the world. Increased blood pressure is a problem for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage because it can worsen theirs conditions and increase intracranial adaptive capacity. Non pharmacological therapy that can help lower blood pressure is foot reflexology massage therapy using virgin coconut oil. Method: The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Result: Blood pressure monitoring was conducted for three consecutive days in three patients who received foot reflexology massage using virgin coconut oil for 15 minutes per session. The results showed a reduction in both blood pressure and pulse rate. Systolic blood pressure decreased by 5-15 mmHg, while diastolic pressure decreased by 2-9 mmHg. Discussion: Foot reflexology massage therapy can increased blood flow and create a relaxing effect leading to a decrease in both blood pressure and pulse rate.
