Background: Breast cancer is a malignancy that originates from glandular cells in the breast, lactiferous gland ducts and breast supporting tissues. Sleep disturbances are often experienced because patients who get breast cancer treatment are more prone to fatigue so they need complementary therapy to overcome it. The intervention provided is in the form of complementary therapy, namely a combination therapy of murottal Al-Qur’an and lavender aromatherapy. Objective: Apply nursing care to breast cancer patients using a combination therapy of murottal Al-Qur’an and lavender aromatherapy to overcome the problem of sleep pattern disorders according to evidence based. Method: The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case approach to 3 breast cancer patients. The intervention provided to improve sleep quality is a combined therapy of lavender aromatherapy and Qur'anic murottal for 15 minutes and obtained an increase in sleep quality in patients. Results: The PSQI evaluation questionnaire was given and the results of the patient's sleep pattern improved in the form of complaints of difficulty falling asleep decreased, complaints of frequent wakefulness decreased, complaints of dissatisfaction decreased, complaints of sleep patterns decreased, and complaints of insufficient rest decreased. Discussion: This intervention contributed to the improvement of the patient's sleep quality, as indicated by the patient’s ability to fall asleep more quickly, not waking up in the middle of the night, being able to take naps during the day, feeling satisfied with their sleep, and appearing more refreshed and energized. Conclusion: Combination therapy of murottal and lavender aromatherapy is effective for improving sleep quality and overcoming sleep pattern disorders in breast cancer patients.
