SISTEM TANYA JAWAB LAYANAN PT ASABRI (PERSERO) MENGGUNAKAN METODE RULE BASED
Information about services at PT Asabri is still less touched by participants. This is due to the lack of human resources, especially customer service in serving participants. To overcome these problems, a question and answer system is needed to get more interactive information in order to help customer service in carrying out their duties. In this research, the system developed uses the rule- based method. The Rule Based approach runs using question word analysis in user input questions. Question candidates that have the same type as the input question type will calculate the same word index. The highest index value will output the answer. The question and answer system created has been successfully implemented with performance in the first scenario, namely questions in the dataset, getting an accuracy of 98.3%. In the second scenario, the question in the dataset with the addition of new words, the accuracy is 90%. But in the last scenario with questions from users get an accuracy of 40%. For further development, it is recommended that the Answer Finder process be improved, especially in semantic calculation and analysis.
