This research aims to analyze the factors influencing capital structure. The object of this research is companies in the property and real estate subsector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. The total research sample was 8 companies with a total of 40 observations. This research employs a quantitative approach with secondary data sources. Data analysis is conducted using panel data regression analysis. The independent variables include profitability, company size, sales growth, asset structure, asset growth, and business risk. Meanwhile, the dependent variable used is capital structure. The results of the analysis indicate that profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure. However, firm size, sales growth, asset structure, asset growth, and business risk do not significantly influence capital structure.
