Pineapple is a leading product in horticultural plants, with the agricultural sector serving as a driving force for development in Indonesia. This agricultural sector includes food crops, horticultural plants, the fisheries subsector, the livestock subsector, and the forestry subsector. This makes the agricultural sector a pillar of the economy in Indonesia. This research aims to: (1) What varieties of pineapple are cultivated by farmers in Tambangan Kelekar Village, and what are the characteristics of each variety, (2) How satisfied are farmers with the Queen pineapple variety and the Cayenne pineapple variety in Tambangan Kelekar Village based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis, (3) What is the relationship between productivity and farmer satisfaction in choosing varieties. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. Primary data was collected using questionnaires distributed both directly and online to 30 respondents which is a pineapple farming effort in Tambangan Kelekar Village. Samples were taken using the sampling method utilized. The researcher used the purposive sampling method with a sample population of 30 pineapple farmers. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis to observe the characteristics of Queen and Cayenne pineapples, and subsequently using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to assess the level of consumer satisfaction towards the varieties of pineapples planted. There is a significant relationship between the level of productivity and the level of satisfaction of pineapple farmers in Tambangan Kelekar Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency using the Spearman rank method.
