Many agricultural technologies have not been adopted by farmers to assist in farming activities due to cost factors, land conditions, and farmers' openness to the technology provided. The objectives of this study were (1) to describe the stages of the agricultural technology adoption process in Sungai Selincah Village (2) to analyze the level of adoption of agricultural technology innovation and its relationship to rice productivity in Sungai Selincah Village (3) to analyze the factors that influence the adoption of agricultural technology in Sungai Selincah Village (4) to analyze the effect of the level of adoption on rice productivity in Sungai Selincah Village. The sampling method used was the proportioned stratified random sampling method, data collected through direct interviews with 60 rice farmers consisting of 3 layers, namely shallow lebak, middle lebak, and deep lebak. The data processing method used a Likert scale and was analyzed using Spearman rank correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were (1) the process of technology adoption of shallow lebak was classified as medium, namely 6.64, medium lebak was classified as high, namely 7.04 and deep lebak the average technology adoption process was classified as high, namely 7.28. (2) The level of adoption of shallow lebak which is 35.28 is classified as a medium category, the level of adoption of medium lebak is high which is 36.89, the level of adoption of deep lebak is also classified as a high category with a score of 36.39 (3) Simultaneously the independent variables (age, education, land area, farming experience, income, number of dependents, interaction with extension workers, dummy medium lebak, and dummy deep lebak) together have a significant effect on the level of adoption of agricultural technology. Partially, the factors that significantly influenced the level of technology adoption were farming experience, income, interaction with extension workers, and dummy deep lebak. (4) There was an influence between the level of technology adoption on the productivity of lebak rice with the results of regression analysis with a value of 0.092% or 9.2% with a positive direction of influence.
