The large number of unregistered and uncertified land requires the government to launch the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program which aims to have all land plots in the community registered and certified to avoid land conflicts. This is as stipulated in the Minister of ATR/BPN Number 6 of 2018 concerning PTSL. This research departs from the problem of low realization of PTSL implementation in Ogan Ilir Regency. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the PTSL program in South Sumatra, especially in Ogan Ilir Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely by describing and describing a situation objectively based on the findings from the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. The evaluation was carried out using the CIPP model evaluation approach. The results of the study show that the implementation of the PTSL program in Ogan Ilir Regency has been running in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that govern it. However, there are still several obstacles such as low public interest in participating in the program which shows that the community is not fully aware and understand the benefits of the importance of certificates, even though counseling has been carried out before the program is implemented.
