PERBANDINGAN MODEL FUZZY ECONOMIC ORDER QUANTITY DAN MODEL PERSEDIAAN PROBABILISTIK P PADA MASALAH PERSEDIAAN BERAS DI PERUM BULOG SUMATERA SELATAN DAN BANGKA BELITUNG
Inventory in companies often experiences excess or shortage. Observing sales and processing inventory data is one way to overcome this problem. This study aims to obtain optimal rice inventory at Perum BULOG Divre Sumsel and Babel using the fuzzy Economic Order Quantity model and the probabilistic P inventory model. Based on the calculation results, the results obtained using the probabilistic P inventory model is 21,290,556 kg per year and using the fuzzy Economic Order Quantity model is 21,712,616.6 kg per year. Of the two models, the results obtained using the probabilistic P inventory model is closer to the optimal results of rice inventory at Perum BULOG Divre Sumsel and Babel.
