This study aims to examine the effect of knowledge and work experience on employee performance at CV BWS Trans Lintang. The research employs a quantitative approach. The population includes all employees of CV BWS Trans Lintang, with a total of 72 respondents selected using a census sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the knowledge variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Likewise, the work experience variable (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV BWS Trans Lintang. These findings suggest that enhancing employee knowledge and work experience can contribute to improved performance.
