The Rumah BUMN Sumsel program supports MSME development through training organized by the TJSL Department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja. This study aims to analyze the training strategies and identify supporting and inhibiting factors using a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that in the motivation dimension, MSMEs are interested in participating in training due to recommendations from fellow entrepreneurs and social media promotions. The awareness and skill development dimension shows an increase in understanding, but the application of materials remains limited due to a lack of mentoring. The self-management dimension reveals that some MSMEs can manage their time effectively, while others struggle to balance training and business operations. The resource mobilization dimension highlights limited access to funding, as many MSMEs are reluctant to take loans, while some participants have implemented technology training such as e-commerce. The network expansion and development dimension indicates that training helps MSMEs expand business relations, but not all participants find a suitable community. Supporting factors include relevant training materials, stakeholder support, and external collaborations. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors consist of limited post-training mentoring, restricted financial access, and low effectiveness of online training. This study is expected to provide recommendations for Rumah BUMN Sumsel in developing more effective training strategies to enhance the sustainability of MSMEs.
