This study aims to investigate the influence of financial management, good governance, internal control, and human resource quality on government performance in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Palembang. This study uses primary data with data collection methods, namely online surveys. This research sample selection technique uses purposive sampling. Based on the survey results, the number of respondents who could be analyzed was 96 respondents consisting of the head of the department, the head of the finance department and the head of the general department in each OPD of Palembang City. Hypothesis testing was analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) with SmartPLS software version 4. The results of this study indicate that financial management, good governance, and internal control influence government performance while the human resource quality has no influence on government performance.
