Employee performance plays an important role in determining the level of success of the organization to achieve its goals. An agency or organization must pay attention to factors that can encourage employee performance to improve employee performance. One form of strategy in improving employee performance is to provide a good physical work environment and pay attention to employee discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence of the physical work environment and work discipline on employee performance at the Alang-alang Lebar District Office, Palembang City. The data used in this study is primary data collected using a questionnaire. The population of this study consisted of all civil servants at the Alang-alang Lebar District Office of Palembang City, totaling 48 employees. The sample was 48 people with the sampling technique using saturated/census sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression method. The results of the study indicate that the physical work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
