KESEJAHTERAAN SUBJEKTIF KELUARGA YANG TINGGAL DI RUMAH SUSUN, KELURAHAN 26 ILIR, KOTA PALEMBANG
This thesis is entitled "Family Welfare Living in Flats Block 47-48, 26 Ilir Subdistrict, Palembang City". The focus of this study is to analyze the level of subjective welfare of families, subjective welfare of families and factors underlying the subjective welfare of families living in flats in 26 Ilir Subdistrict, block 47-48, Palembang City. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. This study was studied using Diener's subjective welfare theory. Subjective welfare in this study was measured based on cognitive dimensions (life satisfaction) and affective (positive and negative emotions). The research informants consisted of 4 families with a total of 17 informants who were randomly selected from flats in the area. Data were collected through interviews regarding subjective welfare and questions regarding the demographic and socio-economic characteristics of families. The results showed that the level of subjective welfare of families living in flats in 26 Ilir Subdistrict varied. Some families showed high levels of subjective well-being, while others showed lower levels. Factors such as income, living environment conditions, and social support were found to have an influence on the subjective well-being of families. This study provides important implications for efforts to improve the welfare of families living in flats, especially in terms of providing facilities and services that support their quality of life.
