This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, independence, and self- efficacy on the effectiveness of internal auditor performance at the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Inspectorate. The object of this research is an internal auditor who works at the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Inspectorate. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, which is the entire population is used as a sample because the number is relatively small, namely 32 auditors. The data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression method using the help of SPSS software. The results of the study showed that self Efficacy had a significant effect with a positive direction on the effectiveness of the performance of internal auditors, while Competence and Independence had a positive direction but did not have a significant influence.
