KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KREATIF MATEMATIS SISWA SMP MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN PMRI KONTEKS BUKIT SERELO
This research aims to determine the level of mathematical creative thinking ability of grade VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Indralaya Utara in solving math problems using the PMRI approach in the context of Bukit Serelo. The research type is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research subjects were taken using the technique of taking with certain aspects (purposive sampling). The instruments used were creative thinking ability test questions in the context of Bukit Serelo consisting of four description questions and interview guidelines. Test instruments used in the research have been validated by three experts and one mathematics teacher of the research school with a very good category. The data analysis technique used consisted of observation data analysis, written test data analysis, and interview data analysis with several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the answers to the four description questions given, the RMAKG subject is included at level 4 of the very creative category, the AP subject is included at level 3 of the creative category, and the NJ subject is included at level 2 of the moderately creative category. Fluency and originality indicators often appear, while flexibility and elaboration indicators do not often appear in students. These results indicate that students' creative thinking skills are at different levels and further habituation and exploration are still needed in learning using the PMRI approach to bring out all aspects of the indicators of mathematical creative thinking skills in students.
