The use of production factors is key in increasing production and income of rice seed breeder farmers. This research aims to analyze the use of production factors and their influence on the production of rice seed breeding in Bumi Agung, Lempuing District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The research was conducted in February 2025 involving 60 breeder farmers as respondents. Data were collected through direct interviews with breeder farmers using a questionnaire. The results showed that the use of production factors in the seed breeding process included land, seeds, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, pesticides and labor. The average income of breeder farmers in one year amounted to Rp 119,663,483. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the influence of variable land area, seeds, Urea fertilizer, Phonska fertilizer, KCl fertilizer, and pesticides together is statistically significant, of the 7 variables that allegedly affect the production of rice seed breeding, only 4 variables are proven to have a significant effect on production, namely land area, seeds, Urea fertilizer and pesticides.
