The study aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance, which includes the board of commissioner, the board of directors, audit committee, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership, and intellectual capital on financial perfomance in food and beverage subsector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2018-2022. By using purposive sampling method, 13 companies were obtained that could be used as research samples. The hypothesis used data panel regsression analysis by using STATA 17. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that audit committee has positive significant effect on financial perfomance, while the board of commissioner, the board directors, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and intellectual capital has no effect on financial perfomance.
