Employee performance plays an important role in achieving company goals and performance. work discipline and work motivation play a role in achieving employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT Pegadaian Pallima Branch Palembang. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were employees at PT Pawnshop Pallima Branch Palembang totaling 33 employees. The sample was taken using saturated sampling technique so that the sample was the entire research population, namely 33 respondents. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Likewise, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implications of this study indicate that companies need to continue to encourage discipline and increase employee motivation through appropriate policies and programs, in order to create and improve performance on an ongoing basis.
