This research aims to determine the growth of several varieties of mustard greens at different transplant ages. The study was conducted in the Jakabaring District (104°44'4" E and 3ᵒ01'35" S), Palembang City, South Sumatra Province. The research was carried out from June 2023 to September 2023. The method used in this study was a Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of 2 (two) factors. The first factor was the various varieties of mustard green plants, comprising 3 levels. The second factor was the difference in transplant ages, consisting of 3 levels with 3 replications, and each replication had 2 plants. Therefore, the total number of plants observed was 54. The parameters observed included plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, petiole length, estimated leaf area, leaf thickness, root length, canopy diameter, fresh leaf weight, dry leaf weight, fresh stem weight, dry stem weight, fresh root weight, dry root weight, fresh canopy weight, dry canopy weight, and canopy-to-root ratio.
