PERAN WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING PADA PEKERJA YANG HUSTLE CULTURE
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of work-life balance on psychological well-being in workers with a hustle culture. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a role of work-life balance on psychological well-being. The population in this study were workers with a hustle culture. The number of samples in this study was 224 workers with the years of birth 1981-1996 whose accumulated working hours were more than 40 hours a week and worked because of forced circumstances, and for the trial (try out) there were 44 respondents. Sampling in this study used a purpose sampling technique. This study used a measuring instrument that refers to the work-life balance components of Greenhaus, Collins, and Shaw (2003) with a reliability value of 0.948 and the psychological well-being dimensions of Bradburn (1969) with a reliability value of 0.948.
