IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM BIMBINGAN BELAJAR INDI'S COURSE DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI AKADEMIK SISWA DI DESA SENURO
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Indi’s Course tutoring program in improving students’ academic achievement in Senuro village. The main focus of this study covers three aspects, namely: the learning process, learning methods and media used, and student learning outcomes after participating in the tutoring program. This study uses qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects of the study included tutoring students, teachers/managers, and parents of students. The results of the study indicate that the Indi’s Course tutoring program makes a positive contribution to improving students’ academic achievement. This can be seen from the increase in students’ understanding of the subject matter, changes in learning attitudes, and better academic evaluation results after participating in the program. The use of varied methods and appropriate learning media has been proven to help students understand the material better. This study suggests the development of a structured and sustainable tutoring program as an effort to support students academic achievement. Keywords: Education, Tutoring, Academic Achievement
