Green construction is a sustainable development concept aimed at minimizing the negative environmental impacts of construction activities. This study aims to analyze the level of green construction implementation and identify the constraining factors in its application to the RSUD Siti Fatimah Palembang construction project. The research method employed is quantitative descriptive, using a survey approach through questionnaires, supported by direct field observations. Respondents consisted of contractors and supervisory consultants involved in the project. Data analysis was conducted with the assistance of Microsoft Excel and SPSS software to test validity, reliability, and to calculate the green construction implementation scores as well as the constraining factors. The results indicate that the level of green construction implementation in the project is considered good, with a final score percentage of 70.37%. However, several obstacles remain in the implementation of green construction at the RSUD Siti Fatimah Palembang project, including economic and financial aspects, policies and regulations, education, government support, technical issues, and social factors. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for relevant stakeholders in improving the implementation of green construction in future development projects.
