The development of learning media on procedure text material based on the Renderforest application for class VII at SMP Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara has been carried out to fulfill previously existing media. This research aims to (1) Produce the results of an analysis of teachers' and students' needs for procedural text material based on the Renderforest application; (2) Produce learning media designs on procedure text material based on the Renderforest application; (3) Describe the results of validation of learning media on procedure text material based on the Renderforest application. The type of research carried out is research using research and development methods. Learning media using the Renderforest application in learning procedural texts for class VII SMP Negeri 2 Indralaya Utara was developed based on the results of observations, interviews and distributing questionnaires to 80 students and 1 Indonesian language teacher. The results of the needs analysis show that the average value of student needs is 99.85% and the average value of teacher needs is 89.4%. The product developed was validated by three experts, namely media experts, material experts and linguistic experts. The media validation results obtained a percentage value of 86.1% (very feasible). The results of material validation obtained a percentage value of 80% (very feasible). The linguistic validation results obtained a percentage score of 92.5% (very decent). The validation test results for these three aspects obtained an average score of (86.2%), these results stated that the learning media based on the Renderforest application in procedural text material for class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 North Indralaya was very suitable for use
