This research aims to find out the Implementation of the Transfer of Regional Property through Grants by the Palembang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. There are deficiencies and obstacles in implementing the grant so that the implementation time is longer than predetermined. This type of research is qualitative using the theory of implementating public policy by George Edward III which contains 4 critical factors, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. The data collection technique used is conducting in-depth interviews with research informants who match the informant criteria. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the transfer of regional property through grants by the Palembang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency has not been fully successful. This is shown in the analysis of critical factors of communication, resources and bureaucratic structure, namely the number of staff and websites is still inadequate and the clarity of information and standard operating procedures is not appropriate. So that researchers recommend adding the number of staff with the required qualifications at the Palembang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. In addition, the delivery of information and the implementation of standard operating procedures must be adjusted and improvements are needed to the website so that it does not experience interference in the future.
