Rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) is an important annual crop commodity in Indonesia. Vacant land in rubber plantations can be utilized to increase the income of rubber farmers by planting intercrops in polyculture. Chili plants are plants that can be planted in polyculture with rubber plants. This study aims to determine the diversity of arthropod species found in polyculture curly red chili plants with rubber plants. The research was conducted at the Rubber Research Farm of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya District, South Sumatra Province. The research was conducted from August to October 2023. The research used experiment and exploration method. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments, namely fertilizer, each treatment was repeated 4 times and each replicate had 3 sampling plants. The highest population of species found was A. gossypii with a total population of 2,168 individuals. Planting curly red chili 60 stems polyculture with rubber plants can be obtained fruit yields ranging from 300-500 grams. The results showed that in polyculture chili plants with rubber found 27 species of arthropods belonging to 20 families and 9 orders. Species diversity index values in polyculture chili plants with rubber plants ranged from 0.00-2.14, dominance index values ranged from 0.00-0.70, and independence index values ranged from 0.00-0.72.
