The high level of oil palm productivity was influenced by many factors, one of which is fertilization. The objectives of this research are (1) To find out how palm oil fertilization is managed in KPKS Suka Makmur, Suka Damai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, (2) To analyze the level of palm oil FFB production in KPKS Suka Makmur, Suka Damai Baru Village Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, (3) To find out the factors that influence the palm oil production of Suka Makmur KPKS farmers. This research was carried out in Suka Damai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Musi Banyuasin Regency in March 2023. The research method used was the case study method and the sampling method was purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data and primary data. The results of this research are (1) Fertilization management at the Suka Makmur KPKS during the TBM period was not in accordance with the Fertilization SOP set by the government, while fertilization during the TM period was in accordance with the SOP, (2) The level of palm oil productivity at the Suka Makmur KPKS, on average subdistricts have not passed the productivity standard at the age of 3 years and 4 years, and have passed the productivity standard at the age of 5 years, (3) Factors that significantly influence oil palm production results are the land area (X1) and fertilizer (X3) variables, while other variables, namely herbicide (X2) and oil palm age (X4) did not have a significant effect.
