The objectives of this research are (1) To describe the pineapple leaf waste processing process in Prabumulih City. (2) Analyze the added value of the pineapple leaf waste processing business in Prabumulih City. (3) Analyze the development strategy of pineapple leaf waste processing producer cooperatives in Prabumulih City. Data collection was carried out in October 2023. The research method was the case study method and the sampling method in this research was the purposive sampling method. The data collected wasprimary data and secondary data. The research results show that: (1) The pineapple leaf processing process consists of two types. Pineapple leaves are broken into fibers and pineapple leaves are cut into pieces to be made into woven material. The process of making pineapple leaf fiber is harvesting, sorting, extraction, washing, drying, drying, extracting fine fiber, measuring water content, weighing and packaging. The process of making woven pineapple leaves consists of harvesting, cutting, boiling, drying and weaving. (2) The added value obtained by business actors from processing pineapple leaf waste into woven cloth products is 76,06%, clothes 48,15%, woven bags 91,10% and woven sandals 47,94%. Based on the added value level criteria, all products are included in the high criteria. (3) The pineapple leaf waste processing producer cooperative in Prabumulih City is located in quadrant I, namely in a strong position and has opportunities. The development strategy that should be used is the S-O strategy or aggressive strategy.
